A message dated June 9, 2004, was received June 14 stating the                                      
Governor is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the                                   
following resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

    Relating to research into the decline of the Southwest Alaska                                   
    population of the Northern Sea Otter in the western Gulf of
